We are a group of people in recovery; friends who found that listening to other people’s stories just plain felt good for some reason. We also discovered that when other people listened to our stories, we felt even better about ourselves. And we learned that when WE all shared together we were nurturing a spiritual awakening that can and does bring serenity, courage and hope to a world that most of us felt we were alone in. We are keeping sober by sharing and listening.

As in the tradition that we know and love, there are no leaders here. Everyone helps out. We started off small and we are growing one day at a time. We would be honoured to have you stay and be a part of this journey of recovery.
